Is there a HDF stack addon for Ubuntu 16.04? The docs only have 14.04.

As per Support Matrices HDF 3.1 is supported with Ubuntu16 as well as Ubuntu 14:

So please try changing the URL and replace ubuntu14 with ubuntu16 as following:

Notice i have replaced "ubuntu14" to "ubuntu16" in the above URL and it allowed me to download.
