Is there a way to continually track lineage changes in a relational DB (Mysql or Oracle) in Atlas?

I am currently using scoop to transfer mysql database metadata into hive for lineage tracking. Are there any available connectors that we cause to track external relational databases. If not how can I continually make sure that Atlas is aware of the changes that have occurred in the external database, for example if a column was added to a table.
