Metron Stops after starting for few minutes

I have metron installed on the singlenode VM using Vagrant and Docker ambari is running fine, but metron stops after running for few moments checked the metron-rest.log file for possible errors but nothing is written to the log file.

When you say metron stops.... what do you mean specifically? If you mean the metron service in ambari, when you click on the service do you see which components have failed? Do you have alerts in ambari?

@Otto Fowler

The Metron fails and we get a red error, why does this happen??

From the ambari main screen, when you click on the 'red' metron service you should go to a page that lists the service components, what do you see there?

Also in the top left of the page is the alerts area, when you click on that you should be able to get some detail about what is happening.

Yes I do get a list of services but it shows red, and service management also fails on port 2812...

But when I setup metron in sometime it gives red error

When I saw it gives CRIT timeout error with connection error no 111

Could you post a screenshot of just the ambari screen?

@Otto Fowler

Why do I always have to do "vagrant up" when I close/restart my VM
