New Contributor

Now I want to remove the customized fille system and move only the hadoop application (including Data,Lib files and HDFS,Jobs) to another Cent OS.

How can i move the hadoop application to another centOS?

Do I want to install Hadoop in the new centos ?

Totally there is 10 GB allocated and 25% of data is being used and how can i make the raid arrangement in the new setup

before migrating hadoop application ,what are the pre-requiste should be followed ?

If you are using Cloudera Manager, use BDR tool in CM to replicate data from cluster to cluster. For Hadoop installation you can use CM interface or manual.

RAID should be configured prior to the hadoop installation.

Before migrating your application make sure you have all services running and you have the same version hadoop packages/parcels installed on the new system.
