It looks like the flow.xml is not in the right format. Did you copy it from an older version of NiFi into a newer version of NiFi? Also if you don't mind starting with a blank canvas, you can delete or move your conf/flow.xml.gz and then start NiFi. You might also attach your flow.xml.gz (or gunzipped flow.xml) to this question so we can have a look. Take care to make sure there is no sensitive information in it first (hostnames, IPs, etc.) since this is a public forum.

i change that flow.xml.gz from an older version,i also remove that flow.xml.gz.but still my nifi wont start.

do you have any weird configuration settings? anyting blocking the port? what is the message on failed restart?

firewall? out of RAM? ps -ef to make sure dead process is not hanging

Did the issue is solved? If you have multiple nifi nodes in a cluster, you need to remove flow.xml.gz in all nodes before restarting them. If that also didn't help, as Matt mentioned, please attach flow.xml.gz.
