Nifi RAM/CPU used by a started processor when no data

New Contributor

Hello, I have some questions about the CPU and RAM usage of a processor when it is in "start" mode. Does a processor consume a lot of RAM & CPU when it is started even if no data is in the queue above? So, let's say I have 20 different flows all day long but I don't know what time these treatments will start, is it better to leave these 20 flows started all the time? Or use the API to start and then stop only the current flow? Thank you in advance
