I Download the Hdf Sandbox 3.0 script and run on centos 7 docker.
When i go ambari dashboard, Nifi is not running and showing this error.
ERROR: Command-10.json not found.
I looked into the ambar-agent data Dir but command-10.json is in corrupted format and not able to perform any operation on that for this Ref: nifi-data.png
is there any user permission issue.???
Thanks in Advance.
You see that there are many ????????????? ??? ?? symbols when you are trying to list the directory. Which indicates a Filesystem corruption.
If it is fresh Sandbox and you have not done much on the then better to instantiate a new Sandbox.
I have been using HDF docker for quite some time and i have not seen this issue so far. So it does not look like a docker image issue.
But yes, Abrupt termination of the docker instance / VM can cause such issue.
Regarding your query "Zookeeper and Kafka Service is working Fine but issue is with only Nifi."
>>>>> I guess, this is not Nifi issue. In order to confirm that please try creating a file on your own in the mentioned path to see if you are able to create it or not?
In the following Sequence:
# cat /var/lib/ambari-agent/data/command-10.json # echo "Hello Nifi" >> /var/lib/ambari-agent/data/command-10.json # cat /var/lib/ambari-agent/data/command-10.json
Your whole filesystem is not corrupted. Only few directories are having the issue like "/var/lib/ambari-agent/data" directory. This is the directory where the commands pushed by ambari server are stored.
I executed script with ambari agent stop then data file is fine with root root permission.
when I start ambari-agent with root user then files get corrupted and nifi is looking for that command file.
