No bionic parcels for spark 2

Hello, i have bionic 18.04 cluster using cloudera manager 6.2.0 and cdh 6.2 parcels.

I need to install spark 2.4 on my cluster but i cannot find any parcels for the bionic release, only xenial.

can you please release it for bionic too? can i build it myself?

Hi Mike,

I am facing the same problem.

I have to install Impala on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic) but there is no release for that.

It seems that the community is being silent on this.

Could you please give me a solution if you fixed this issue?

Spark 2.4 and Impala are included in the CDH 6.2 parcel.

You should be able to add the service via Cloudera Manager without any further parcels.
