No reason provided from CCA159 cancellation

My CCA159 exam was scheduled for 15 March 2019 but the exam got cancelled on 14 March without providing any reason, now I cannot see the exam in examslocal and while scheduling I am getting this message - 

You are not eligible to take this exam. You can only view locations or availability.
If you have just Cancelled an exam please wait until you receive the Cancellation Confirmation email and try again.

If you would like to check location and time availability, please click "Next" again.
You are not currently eligible to take this exam or have not met all requirements to take this exam. Please speak with your exam sponsor for information about eligibility requirements for this exam.
 I can see the certification in my orders at - university.cloudera.com/user/account/orders.

I have sent an email to certification@cloudera.com and till now I have received only autogenerated email.

Can someone assist with this issue.

I am sorry to see you are experiencing an issue with the exam. My first suggestion would be to check your email's spam folder in case a notification made its way in there. I know they were having an exam environment issue this week but my understanding was that notifications were sent out. If the certification team has not responded to your inquiry by Monday please reply here again to let me know so I can reach out to my contacts.
