Oozie job stuck in PREP state

Oozie job stuck in PREP state for long duration and causing delay in running of pig/hive script.

If there is delay in running of job through Oozie, just please check that ResourceManager must not be in overwhelming state and there must be sufficient capacity in cluster to execute jobs.
