Parcel is distributed and activated: not listed as a service

New Contributor

My package is distributed and activated; but it is not listed under "Add Services". I suspect an incompatability between the OS versions required by the package and the OS versions available on the cluster. If they are incompatible, is this the expected behaviour? I am unable to locate any error to indicate that they are incompatible; if anyone can point me where to look, I'd appreciate it.

Version: Cloudera Express 5.8.1 on Centos 6.6

Hi Mark,

To narrow down the issue can you clarify if it's a CDH parcel/package, or custom parcel/package with no matching CSD [0]?.
