Hi All,
One of my friend trying create the an account in the cloud-era. Once we got the email from cloud-era for account activation, its not allowed to reset the password.
After one or two trials ,account has been locked. Now unable to reset the password .
Once we reset the password we are getting the following message which was no use :
A password reset request was made for your Okta account. If you did not make this request, please contact your system administrator immediately. |
At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link. |
Please help me to resolve this. To whom we need to contact to get it fixed
