Welcome to the community @FSG. I'm dropping in to give you some quick tips for posting on the community that should result in a better chance of correcting your issue.
Try to be as descriptive as possible on what the exact issue you are having is. This will help avoid others having to ask questions to clarify the issue and instead concentrate on giving you possible fixes. Here are some things to include:
Any componants involved in the issue
What you were trying to do
What steps you took
What results you received that were in conflict with what you expected
Any error messaging to help isolate the cause
Make sure to select all applicable lables on your post - looks like you covered that here so far.
