I saw quickstart VM download yesterday (Feb 20, 2020) but that option vanished today and same link now shows CDP trial download?
Where can I get quickstart VM download?

@P_Bright @tpsv Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Yes. The Cloudera Quick start VM has been discontinued as It was based on CDH 5.13 which is going end of support in the Fall of this year.
As we have introduced CDP so it's available to taste and to get you experience new exciting feature of it.
But if you need it badly then as an alternate method if you only needs Cloudera Quickstart VM for some old version you can try to download from a cache image link:
Also you can try an docker image of Cloudera available publicly on https://hub.docker.com/r/cloudera/quickstart or simply run below command to download this on docker enabled system.
docker pull cloudera/quickstart
NOTE: Cloudera Don't support QuickStart VM Officially.

is really hdp file size is 29 gb?

i started downloading this hdp file from above link and showing file size is 29 gb approx?

This will also provide the opportunity to provide details, such as a screen shot of what you're getting when you attempt to use that command inside of your docker environment. "…does not work" is kind of vague.
