Ranger 1.0 Upgrade (HDP 2.6.4)

I am in need of the following fix for Ranger:

Which is included in Ranger 1.0:

Is it compatible with HDP 2.6.4? If so, how is the upgrade performed?

HDP 2.6.4 should already have this fix, which was already back ported to HDP 2.6.3.
