Ranger No Access Audit found

Hi I have installed ranger admin for a hadoop enviroment with kerborized security enabled. (im using cent os)

After ranger installation, I deployed HDFS plugin. (i installed both name node and secondary node)

After enable the hdfs plugin. access log is always empty and also hdfs policy sync also not working.

To resolve this problem, I need your inputs. what information you need? Kindly help us on this.

Please provide more information like:

1. Ranger version

2. Have you enabled audit logs in Ranger configuration

3 Where are you storing audit logs; Db, Solr, HDFS or log4j
