Ranger Policy import question

Hello,

I would like to import the ranger policy and when I try to import about 60 policies and error is coming with already exist.

What are the things it check?

Ploicy name?

Resource name and with the user?

Anything else?

Yes, it might be due to both the reasons. Policy with same name or policy exists for same resource.
If you want to override policies in target cluster's service, you can use override=true

hi mehul,can you tellme one thing

i exported policies non prod env and import this polices in prod env,but the users in non-prod env not available in prod .

so my question is both env users must be same users or else its works?

kindly help me on this issue.
