Running into socket timeout error while Putting Data to Cache

Running into socket timeout error while Putting Data to Cache

New Contributor

Hi there,

I have correctly configured the Distributed Map Cache Server and Client services.

Fetch and Put Data to cache processors work fine most of the time.

However, from time to time I run into the following error.

2018-01-21 21:09:03,020 ERROR [Timer-Driven Process Thread-9] o.a.n.p.standard.PutDistributedMapCache PutDistributedMapCache[id=e4d80271-015c-1000-99b5-e85ef0e87685] Unable to communicate with cache when processing StandardFlowFileRecord[uuid=fd2306cc-639f-4d7f-8955-fe0f44f365e9,claim=StandardContentClaim [resourceClaim=StandardResourceClaim[id=1516547071176-1, container=default, section=1], offset=946637, length=32],offset=0,name=187810854779119,size=32] due to java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Timed out reading from socket: {} java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Timed out reading from socket

Does anyone has some suggestions of what can cause that? Or how to fix it?

Best,

Gustavo
