Does Cloudera Manager support SLES 12 SP5? I've searched the documentations, I know it support SLES 12 SP4, but I couldn't find anything about SLES 12 SP5.

There is no such official news about SP5 support but you can search for other ways to install it in SUSE. If I find something on this I will let you know!
