Sandbox dashboard url not accessible in a corportate Network (VPN, LAN, WIFI)

I installed a Hortonworks Sandbox (HDP) sucessfully. Welcome page shows open a browser for following url   http://192.168.198.129:8888/

However, I can access this url (dashboard) successfully when disable corporate VPN. Once I am enabled the VPN, or in corporate network, I cannot access the dashborad URL.

Any suggestion
