I work for HSBC. Recently all Hortonworks support cases were subsumed into Cloudera. I need to search the old Hortonworks cases for an old issue. Can you please advise how I search our old cases.

To answer your question, Legacy Hortonworks case numbers will change, but the legacy number will be added to the Subject line. Please search in the subject lines to search for your old cases.
