Single Column update in the Phoenix table

Single Column update in the Phoenix table

I have created a table in Apache Phoenix with the following schema.

Table name: Customers Columns: CustomerId, Name, City, Discount

I am trying to update discount column of all rows belong to a particular city. But it seems with 'Upsert' command I cannot specify 'where' condition. I am also checking about Atomic upsert, but this allows to update each and every row individually. Please suggest how can I update few columns in all the rows in a single command. In SQL , We do UPDATE <TABLE_NAME> SET <FIELD1> = 1 WHERE <FIELD2>= 2
