Sqoop using Yarn Distributed Shell

Sqoop using Yarn Distributed Shell

Contributor

I am trying to execute sqoop using Yarn Distributed Shell. I am keeping a sqoop script inside a shell called tmp.sh and executing same by Yarn Distributed Shell. However I am getting below error while executing same.

ExecScript.sh: line 5: sqoop: command not found.

{Note: I am executing the script in datanode where sqoop client is there and same sqoop command is running fine while executing from command line or inside a shell script.}

Below command is used while running sqoop script using yarn distributed shell.

hadoop jar /usr/hdp/2.4.2.0-258/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-applications-distributedshell.jar -shell_script "/home/new/yarn_ds/tmp.sh" -debug -jar /usr/hdp/2.4.2.0-258/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-applications-distributedshell.jar -num_containers 30 -container_memory 350 -master_memory 350 -queue default
