System error in CCA-175 SPARK AND HADOOP DEVELOPER

I have given my cca-175 exam on Nov 3. But exam did not load for me. I have faced this problem despite of changing multiple Internet connections and two laptops. My proctor told that it is not issue with connection it's issue with cloudera server. Even others who gave also faced same issue. I request cloudera certification team to provide me one more opportunity to reschedule my exan
