Unable to access cloudera support

Hi ,

i had hortornworks support but now that page is redirecting to cloudera support but I cannot raise any cases there , It shows below error message

Access to page is restricted

Accessing the requested page requires special permissions.
 
Anyone faced same ?
please help on this

could you please drop a mail to customerrelations@cloudera.com . Customer Relations Teams Provides help with Accessing Support portal and related issues.

Hi @VidyaSargur ,

 

I am facing the same issue where i cannot register a case from https://my.cloudera.com/support.html and it is redirecting to Access denied page . I tried sending an email to customerrelations@cloudera.com as per your suggestion , but email bounced back. It will be great if i get your support on resolving this issue . Thanks in advance
