Unable to initialize CDSW - pod(s) are not ready

New Contributor

Hi eveyone,

I faced the issue of initialising CDSW master node in the host. For your information, I manually installed using the RPM package on the host and run 'cdsw init'. However, the exception (seemingly pods were NOT initialised to start kube-system) thrown as below:

----------------------------------------
Please note: by default, Tiller is deployed with an insecure 'allow unauthenticated users' policy.
