Unable to register Isilon as target host in Ambari

Unable to register Isilon as target host in Ambari - the Hadoop cluster – when I go to register the ISilon( SiteA-10G & SiteB-10G) it says it is already registered, but it does not appear

when i go to register the isilon - it fails - but it seems the isilon is sending heartbeats and it is registering itself but not listed in the host list - therefore it is not appearing in the dropdown list to assign as a namenode and secondary namenode.

This is physical configuration - compute clients are on Physical Dell Server running centos 7
