Unable to schedule CCA175 in examslocal

I purchased CCA175 and when trying to schedule to it in examslocal, I don't see the purchased exam. I used an existing account in examslocal to purchase the exam at cloudera. I have dropped mails to certificate@cloudera but haven't got any response yet.
