Unable to schedule cca175 exam on examslocal

Unable to schedule cca175 exam on examslocal

New Contributor

Hi,

I have purchased cca175 exam but unable to schedule the same in exams local.

This is the first time I am scheduling any exam so accounts for both cloudera and examslocal are new but created with same mail ID as per requirement.

I am facing below error:-

You are not eligible to take this exam. You can only view locations or availability.
If you have just Cancelled an exam please wait until you receive the Cancellation Confirmation email and try again.
If you would like to check location and time availability, please click "Next" again.
You are not currently eligible to take this exam or have not met all requirements to take this exam. Please speak with your exam sponsor for information about eligibility requirements for this exam.

I have wriiten a mail to certification@cloudera.com

Please help me to resolve the same at the earliest

Thanks

Azmat

You have taken the correct course by emailing the certification team. They will be the ones to assist in this matter.

Hi,

The issue is resolved.

I was informed by an PSI colleague that it takes 48 hours for an course purchased at cloudera to reflect at their site.

Thanks,

Azmat
