The error clearly shows that you didnt installed Virtual box driver and enabled it with the centos kernel.

Please follow step by step link to get this done -

http://www.tecmint.com/install-virtualbox-on-redhat-centos-fedora/

You need to run -

# yum install binutils qt gcc make patch libgomp glibc-headers glibc-devel kernel-headers kernel-devel dkms

and

# /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
OR
# service vboxdrv setup

As it appears in the message box, you seems to have some missing driver. Can you run "/sbin/rcvboxdrv setup" from root user on centos host?

Hello, have you tried running any other VM to see if virtualbox is installed correctly? If that's the case, please check this post about installing virtualbox in centos7, it sounds like you are missing the epel dkms package: http://tecadmin.net/install-oracle-virtualbox-on-centos-redhat-and-fedora/#
