Unable to view SmartSense Activity Explorer

Unable to view SmartSense Activity Explorer

Hi,

I just installed my SmartSense in my cluster. Upon checking the SmartSense, there is a quick link that directs to Activity Explorer. It seems that I cannot access the said link.

I'm wondering if I need to do something on the configuration to make it work.

Appreciate all your help guys.

If you are getting 404 then probably Activity Explorer is not up and running. Pls verify :

Have you configured the password for admin explorer access in config ?

I have verified that it is up and running. It is not 404 issue though. Also, I already configured the password. Still unable to access

What is the error on screen? What do you see in /var/log/smartsense/activity-explorer.log and activity-explorer.out ?
