Urgent Queries for CCD410 certification exam

There is one point in the FAQ which is about providing a government photo ID proof. How do we provide it to proctor at exam time. 

Do we need to provide a soft copy or just need to show it through the WEBCAM to the proctor?

Hi All,

I purchased the CDH-410 certification exam and i received email conformation about my order. when i try to seclude my exam i am getting warning message that i am not eligible for the exam. I contacted the localexam.com support team and they told me that i have to contact Cloudera regarding this. I don't know the contact number or could you please tell me what i have to do next.
