Using Relationships(sucess, failure,response) queue counters?

how can i get queue counters and use them as an restriction? i want to see weather my invokehttp processor has any queue counter in failure relationship and if it has i want to readdress other successfull response generated by the same processor(during this process) to somewhere and log it , how can i get the queue counter in this case ?

Do you have any idea how can i force invokehttp stoping requesting data after failure , i have case like this :
