VD: error VERR_VD_VMDK_INVALID_HEADER opening image file , Says unable to open file Hortonworks_sanbox_with_hdp_2_4_virtualbox-disk1.vmdk

my macbook shut down forcefully while virtual box was open , after I restarted Macbook , I couldn't open the virtual box and it throws the above error. Kindly suggest on what file to be copied and from where I can find the correct version of file to repair this error.

@banuradha ganapathiappan - Download VDD Kit from here and run below command to fix corrupt vmdk image

vmware-vdiskmanager -R <Path to vmdk file>
