Virtualbox Sandbox does not start

Virtualbox Sandbox does not start

I downloaded the virtualbox sandbox (not docker), but importing the appliance shows up as Docker Sandbox. Also, the start process hangs at "creating container) and does not progress further.,I imported the virtualbox, but it shows up as Docker Sandbox. Also, while trying to start the sandbox, it hangs at "creating container" and does not progress futher.

Can you please verify if your Downloaded Sandbox file has the correct MD5 sum results? You can verify the MD5 of your downloaded file from the Hortonworks Sandbox Download site: https://hortonworks.com/downloads/

Also please make sure that your Sandbox VM has atleast 8GB RAM allocated to it delicately.

Hello @Jay Kumar SenSharmaI get the same issue please take a look on my current host configuration:

OS: Windows 10

VirtualBox 5.4.2

Ram 16gb

Hard DIsk 1TB

Besides the issue on the image downloaded that says Docker (I re-downloaded with the right MD5). My machine never startup , 30 minutes later and see how it looks. #tutorial-350 #hdp-2.6.0
