Is there any size restriction for Ambari user/group management system? I understand that there's a 5GB restriction. What happens is we try to sync up an enterprise Active Directory user database and attributes which is more than 5GB?
Ambari store information about user and group in underlying database. I dont see any restrictions of 5GB. It all depends initial size you configure but size can grow silently if you have sufficient space on hard disk.
@Mukesh Kumar I am referring to Ambari AGM memory which Ambari uses during LDAP authentication. In my understanding this is more a cache memory which Ambari uses for LDAP user authentication.
I am not sure it's conencted to MySQL or Oracle DB used for hadoop platform.
Look forward to your expertise on this.
