For native hive, there is a .hiverc file which we can use to set hive parameters easily.
Is there any way I can do the same things in the cloudera version?

CDH Hive is based on Apache Hive and does support .hiverc for Hive CLI.
If you are asking about Beeline instead, support for such a file loader is incoming in a future CDH5 release.
