Will Impala support graceful shutdown in CDH-5.x?

The graceful shutdown has been supported since Impala-3.1 (IMPALA-1760). Will the later release of CDH-5.x merge this patch too?

It is unlikely to be in CDH5, but more likely in CDH6. No ETA yet though.
