I am not able to connect to Zeppelin Notebook .
Its displaying "unable to resolve the server's DNS address."

My cluster is on EC2 not sandbox ... That link is for sandbox VM
Make sure that you are able to telnet the zeppelin port from your desktop. telnet zephost 9995
If not then time to look into the network issue.
# telnet zephost 9995
telnet: zephost: Name or service not known
zephost: Unknown host
What could be the issue
@Divya Gehlot You don't have access to the hose/port because of network issue.

@Divya Gehlot I would use the external address to access the Zepplin notebook. That said, was this resolved? It's an old post and we're trying to close out these questions.
I am facing same issue. I have hosted HDP on Azure.
