can not access hdfs


Kerberos version: 1.10.3-10

hdfs version: 2.7.1


1. Kerberos Installed

2. use hdfs to execute 'hadoop fs -mkdir /user/hdfs4'

3. use hdfs to execute 'hadoop fs -chmod 777 /user/hdfs4'

<Reproduce steps>

1. use root to create hdfs4 account

2. registered hdfs4 in Kerberos server

3. change user to hdfs4 ($su hdfs4)

4. get ticket: kinit -k -t /etc/security/keytabs/hdfs4.user.keytab hdfs4@EXAMPLE.COM

5. $cd /usr/hdp/

6. $hadoop jar /usr/hdp/ teragen 10000000 input

<Actual Result>

main : run as user is hdfs4

User hdfs4 not found

User hdfs4 must exist on every node.

What group is hdfs4 in?
