could not deploy client configuration

Explorer

Hello -
Can somebody please help me out with installation issue.  This is a new installation and with the latest greatest package from Cloudera website (CDH-5.8.2-1) - using cloudera manager to deploy and configure the cluster.

I have 4 Node Cluster...they are on AWS for (learning/testing)...all of the nodes are running Ubuntu 14.04.
I am getting an error when I try to deploy client configuration for the first time.

See the screenshot below.

/etc/sudoer

cloudera-scm ALL=(ALL:ALL) ALL
hdfs ALL=(ALL:ALL)ALL

*** I tried the suggestion from earlier solution posted on the other thread, none of them works for me.

Any suggestion/solution would be greatly appreciated

Thank you.

I start deploying one service at a time - which help using cloudera manager.
I got Nameserver/gateway/zookeeper services started.
I can't get the HDFS and secondary node to get started.

I ended up rebuilding the cluster from scratch again -
I checked the log nothing useful was on it.
