I'd like to know estimated cost for smartsense tool

Smartsense doesn't have a cost as such, because it comes as part of support subscription. And the cost of support subscription is going to depend on what components of HDF or HDP you have, how many nodes or CPUs are in use.

Once you get support subscription, customer needs to acquire a smartsense ID, but it's pretty straight forward, more like registering step...
