even though i have installed a new HDP the server is not booting... what might be the cause...ram is 12gb

last week i tried to restart the server.. it didnot boot and so i have downloaded a new HDP removing the old one and installed it.. now the server is not rebooting again...how to get back the sandbox up and running?

When the Sandbox is not starting that time do you see any error / warning message in the sandbox screen where you see that it was trying to start?
