this kind of error while installing Cloudera manager. It keeps failing at this same point again and again and when I checked logs it shows service is not supported, do you guys have any solution for this?

Have you checked the logs
/var/log/cloudera-manager-installer/8.start-cloudera-scm-server.log ?
Can you please share any stack trace you see in the logs?

no stack trace is listed in the logs. The only thing that is viewable is "restricted service"

Have the packages been installed successfully? Please share the below output
#rpm -qa |grep cloudera
#service cloudera-scm-server restart
check the /var/log/messages for any relevant errors when you execute the restart command.
