health monitoring of infrastructures

can anyone suggest query or opensource tools to check health of infrastructures like 

1. to check server is ON or NOT 

2. Hard disk usage 

3. RAM\MEMORY USAGE

CPU USAGE

What exactly are you looking to monitor? Are you using CDP's private cloud? In case you have access of Cloudera Manager UI you can monitor all the above mentioned things from Cloudera Manager UI under Hosts >> All hosts >> Select the host

you can use Grafana to monitor the server, they already have predefined dashboard template.
