Hello @heta desai,

For Atlas,

If you are using default configurations then atlas must be running on 21000 port number.

atlas.server.http.port=21000So, you can try access it on http://<fqdn_of_atlas_metadata_server>:21000
For Ranger,If you are using default configurations then ranger must be running on 6080 port number.ranger.service.http.port=6080

So, you can try access it on http://<fqdn_of_ranger_admin_server>:6080

Hi @Ronak bansal

I tried this http://<fqdn_of_atlas_metadata_server>:21000 but its not working. I am using default configuration for both Atlas and Ranger.

Hi @heta desai,

Could you please check by below command if it returns something on atlas server and Ranger server.

# ps -ef | grep -i atlas

# netstat -tnlp | grep 21000

# ps -ef | grep -i ranger

# netstat -tnlp | grep 6080

If they return something please post the same here.

Hi @Ronak bansal

When i execute below commands,

# ps -ef | grep -i atlas

 1003 108013 107886 0 09:48 pts/0 00:00:00 grep --color=auto atlas

# netstat -tnlp | grep 21000

(No info could be read for "-p": geteuid()=1003 but you should be root.)
