Can some one please help me with this error? Please see attached
it runs in default Q and Q looks fine in terms of other jobs

It seems permission issue and user is not able to write the tmp files in /tmp/hive/
Grant write permissions for user and try again.

I had the same problem. Check that hive-env.sh exist and has the fix https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-16398

There is a problem with hive.aux.jars.path
