Hi,

i created self sgiened certificate to try to work with nifi HTTPS.

commands:

openssl req -newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -keyout key.pem -x509 -days 365 -out certificate.pem
openssl pkcs12 -inkey key.pem -in certificate.pem -export -out cacert.p12

keytool -import -file certificate.pem -alias cacert -keystore cacert.jks -storepass hadoop

nifi.propertis file:

nifi.security.keystore=/nifi/certs/cacert.p12

nifi.security.keystoreType=PKCS12

nifi.security.keystorePasswd=hadoop

nifi.security.keyPasswd=hadoop

nifi.security.truststore=/nifi/certs/cacert.jks

nifi.security.truststoreType=JKS

nifi.security.truststorePasswd=hadoop

nifi.security.needClientAuth=

nifi.security.user.authorizer=managed-authorizer

nifi.security.user.login.identity.provider=ldap-provider

nifi.security.ocsp.responder.url=

nifi.security.ocsp.responder.certificate=

i am trying to login and the login works fine but i get this message:

com.sun.jersey.api.client.ClientHandlerException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

any ideas?
