solr collection error

We used solr create -c test to create the collection and it had error.

So we tried to delete with the following command and still failed

# solr delete -c test

ERROR: Error loading config name for collection test

Below was the error message we saw on the website

• test: org.apache.solr.common.cloud.ZooKeeperException:org.apache.solr.common.cloud.ZooKeeperException: Could not find configName for collection test found:[]
