submitting falcon job from falcon cli

I have created falcon cluster entity and submitting falcon job from falcon CLI , but permission for directory automatically getting set 700 , even default permission at hdfs level is set 755 , any new directory will be created then by default permission will be set to 755 .

Please find below details on the job :

jobName=hdfsbck
jobValidityStart=2018-07-24T07:19Z
jobValidityEnd=2099-12-31T13:59Z
jobFrequency=minutes(45)
jobTimezone=UTC
sourceCluster=primaryCluster
targetCluster=backupCluster
jobClusterName=primaryCluster
sourceDir=/apps/falcon/src/
targetDir=/apps/falcon/dest/
removeDeletedFiles=true
skipChecksum=false
preservePermission=true
preserveUser=true

directory which is getting created when falcon job submits :

drwx------   - falcon hdfs          0 2018-07-27 09:16 /apps/falcon/primaryCluster/staging/falcon/workflows/process/hdfsbck

I can not recursively change the permission since every time job submits it is getting change and directory is created .

Thanks
